Job Summary
Small Business Account Executive in a hybrid Rio de Janeiro role focused on driving growth in Brazil's SMB segment. Responsibilities include full sales cycle ownership from lead generation to contract closure, strategic outbound/inbound prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets. You will own a targeted list of strategic accounts, build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers (often HR/Procurement or L&D leaders), and leverage CRM for data integrity and forecasting. The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, proactive learning, and collaboration within a global, remote-friendly startup environment. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of total B2B sales experience
- 1+ year of proven success in lead generation
- native in Portuguese and fluent in English
- demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
- experience developing greenfield territories and landing net-new logos in SMB
- experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- remote & distributed team experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
