Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, safely move vehicles between service areas, parking lots, and wash bays, and maintain cleanliness of the service drive and parking zones. Perform light vehicle cleaning, assist with post-service deliveries, shuttle customers to and from the dealership, monitor vehicle flow, retrieve parts and supplies, and conduct visual inspections for damage. Ensure keys are properly stored and accounted for. Requires a valid Washington State driver's license, ability to lift 25 pounds, and experience operating manual transmission vehicles. This role supports the service team at Seattle MINI to enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
