Job Summary
Lead regulatory reporting strategy and insights for platform services, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of regulatory data while enabling data-driven decisions. Define governance frameworks, approve reporting standards, and escalate regulatory risks. Design and deliver executive dashboards and insights; ensure data quality and governance across multiple platforms; integrate multi-source data and manage data warehousing solutions and vendor partnerships. Drive automation, continuous improvement, and innovation in reporting processes, navigate evolving regulatory requirements, and lead reporting teams to build capability and foster innovation. Act as a trusted point of contact for regulatory reporting with regulators, senior leaders, and internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Certifications in regulatory compliance or data governance
- Baseline security clearance
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, data governance, analytics, and reporting technologies
- Ability to deliver accurate and compliant regulatory reporting in complex environments
- Experience building relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
