Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles using diagnostic tools and software while adhering to department processes for video electronic Multipoint Inspections. Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid flushes, and repair or replace parts like engines, transmissions, and suspension components according to manufacturer specifications. Document all services performed, including diagnostic findings, repairs completed, and parts used, while communicating clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues, repair timelines, and costs. Stay updated on technical training and certifications for various vehicle makes and models and adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards. Valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record required; minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Teamwork skills
