Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to patients in a home health setting while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with sign-on bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,500. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license in Virginia (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellow considered
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
