Job Summary
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility guidelines while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. This PRN position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living environments at Trinity Oaks in Salisbury, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
