Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patients. Provide therapy services in skilled nursing and outpatient settings as needed, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans accordingly. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. This part-time and PRN role offers flexible scheduling within a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on maximizing patient independence and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligible)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings is a plus
