Job Summary
Provide efficient speech and swallow evaluations and screens; develop plan of care and adjust as needed; manage meal texture and deliver quality therapy services to SNF patients with conditions such as TBI, CVA/stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, and orthopedic surgery; monitor and document patient progress using EMR software; flexible scheduling including Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days and Evenings; includes benefits such as orientation, paid sick leave, insurance options, commuter benefits, weekly pay, referral bonuses, and 24/7 support.
Required Qualifications
- Current NYS SLP License and Registration
- Clinical Competence Certification (CCC)
- CPR Certificate
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
