SLP / Speech Language Pathologist - Somers

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Somers, NY) provides efficient speech and swallow evaluations and/or screens, develops and manages the plan of care with appropriate downgrades/upgrades, and delivers quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting addressing conditions such as TBI, CVA/Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other debilitating diagnoses. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting patient progress using EMR software, and operating within flexible schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days/Evenings). Compensation includes hourly pay with options for W-2 or 1099, fully paid orientation, benefits options, commuter benefits, weekly pay, and referral bonuses. Not accepting CFY at this time.
