Job Summary
Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, related documentation, and communication under physician's orders. Maintain current, valid, and active licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or be completing Clinical Fellowship Year, and remain a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Ensure possession of current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor and demonstrate knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year
- Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of One (1) year of experience
- Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare skilled services requirements
