Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will evaluate and assess students, plan and implement treatment goals, educate students and team members on treatment methods, and communicate with health care professionals regarding Individual Program Plans (IPP) and Individual Education Plans (IEP). The ideal candidate should be dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments for students with various intellectual and developmental delays, including those with autism. The role includes opportunities for clinical growth, involvement in research, and possibility of support for BCBA licensure. CFY candidates are welcome, with on-site supervisors available for support.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid New York State license and registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Eligibility
- Valid NYS Drivers License (or willing to obtain)
