Job Summary

Observe performance to adjust treatments, prepare detailed progress reports, and maintain accurate records of care. Assist in rehabilitation for residents affected by injury or illness while ensuring a safe, clean environment and secure handling of confidential information. Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to contribute to a cooperative environment. Maintain a current New York State license and graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
Required Qualifications
