Job Summary
Assess residents' speech and language needs to develop personalized treatment plans and design activities that improve daily independence. Observe performance to adjust treatments, prepare detailed progress reports, and maintain accurate records of care. Assist in rehabilitation for residents affected by injury or illness while ensuring a safe, clean environment and secure handling of confidential information. Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to contribute to a cooperative environment. Maintain a current New York State license and graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
Required Qualifications
