Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility; manage caseload, perform evaluations and screens, and complete timely documentation; educate residents, families, and caregivers; ensure HIPAA compliance and PPS guidelines; collaborate with the Registered Dietitian (RD) and rehabilitation team to develop and implement resident care programs and discharge planning; maintain professional growth and competency and uphold quality care and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC or CFY eligibility and licensure eligibility
