Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy for students in individual, group, and classroom settings. Responsibilities include addressing articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic/social communication; collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams; maintaining documentation aligned with OSPI and IDEA; participating in IEP meetings and progress reviews; and providing education and consultative support to staff and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments. Position is full-time (5 days/week, 7.3 hours/day) with compensation $50.00-$65.00 per hour; benefits include paid time off, holidays, 401(k) match, professional development, and insurance; located in Sumner, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Washington State Department of Health (DOH) SLP License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate from Washington OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint clearance and background check required
