Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-year services in Pre-K–12 with a caseload of ~55 students. Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments; develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans; provide direct therapy in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings; address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication; collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams; maintain records per ODE/IDEA; participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions; train and support teachers on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations; competitive pay and contracts up to 40 hours/week; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid holidays, and professional development. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License
- Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License for SLPs
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
