Job Summary
Provide direct speech-language pathology services in school settings, including evaluating student needs through assessments, developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one, small group, and classroom-based therapy. Address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication challenges; collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams; maintain compliant records per ODE/IDEA; participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions; train staff on speech-language strategies and accommodations. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License
- Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License for SLPs
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
