Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrating patient victories along the way. Role is PRN at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience; current state licensure or certification required; CCC certification; CPR within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
- PRN/part-time or per diem employment
- Experience in evaluating, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation
