Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role (PRN) providing evaluated, developed, and administered personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track patient progress and outcomes; deliver therapy in inpatient rehabilitation settings as part of Encompass Health’s national leader in post-acute care; requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and either a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with field experience; position emphasizes individualized patient care, documentation, and collaboration within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as Speech-Language Pathologist per state regulations
- Certification as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
