Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and develop treatment plans for individuals recovering from disorders, surgery, illness, or accidents. Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities while evaluating evolving needs to adjust plans of care. Practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary care team, providing 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs. Requires New York State licensure and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $45.09 to $56.39 per hour or $70 to $75 per visit.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year speech language pathology experience
- Successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
- Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
- Valid driver's license
