Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine needs and develop treatment plans, then deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in homes or care facilities. Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly while practicing independently as part of an interdisciplinary team. This role includes per diem per visit compensation ranging from $70 to $75 per visit, with an hourly rate between $45.09 and $56.39. Candidates must hold a New York State license and possess a valid driver's license. VNS Health supports 130 years of nonprofit home and community-based care innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year speech language pathology experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
- Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
- Valid driver's license
