Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and develop treatment plans for individuals with challenging disorders or recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes or care facilities while evaluating evolving needs to adjust care plans. Practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary team, assessing progress through day-to-day engagement. Earn $45.09–$56.39 per hour or $70–$75 per visit. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year speech language pathology experience
- Successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
- Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
