Job Summary
Provide speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed and ASHA-certified SLP, supporting development in articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic language. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement IEP goals, conduct assessments, collect data, and assist in developing Individualized Education Programs. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aligned with student IEP goals and district guidelines while participating in IEP meetings and team consultations. Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state documentation requirements, staying informed of best practices and evidence-based strategies. Receive structured mentoring and feedback from your CF supervisor to support your growth throughout the fellowship year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and supervision by a licensed CCC-SLP
- Active or pending state SLP license in both the state of residence and the state where services will be provided (if different)
- Commitment to completing all Clinical Fellowship requirements as outlined by ASHA
