Job Summary
Traveling SLP CFY to provide assessments and treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active Alabama state license, and completion of CFY. Responsibilities include dysphagia management, addressing cognitive-communication disorders, and using standardized assessment tools to guide therapy. Daily duties involve delivering SLP services in a skilled nursing setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and one weekend rotation per month, with travel benefits including housing and license reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license in Alabama
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Experience with dysphagia management and cognitive-communication disorders preferred
- Experience with standardized assessment tools preferred
