Job Summary
CFY Speech Language Pathologist traveling contract providing assessments and treatment plans in clinical settings across the U.S. with telehealth components and 32-36 weekly hours; assignments at skilled nursing facilities with potential for float to nearby facilities, 13-week term with extension potential, housing and relocation support, and comprehensive benefits. The role emphasizes travel flexibility, direct patient care, and telehealth delivery within a SNF context across multiple sites; there is a 1:1 clinical progression focus through CFY with potential ASHA CCC progression. ProVenture platform is used for career options including direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Alabama state license
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Current CCC from ASHA preferred for future progression; CFY status primary specialty
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Ability to provide telehealth services as part of a 32-36 hour weekly schedule
