Job Summary
Provide assessments and treatment as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY) in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Jasper, AL, with responsibilities including developing individualized care plans, collaborating with nursing and rehabilitation teams, and completing facility onboarding and regulatory documentation. Must hold a Master’s degree in SLP and CFY placement eligibility; licensure or eligibility for Alabama state licensure and BLS may be required by the facility. The role involves travel between two sister facilities (approximately 10 minutes apart) and shift is Days. Benefits include housing support, travel and license reimbursement, and recruiter support.
