Job Summary
Travel contract SLP CFY needed to provide assessments and treatment plans for geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include delivering evaluations and creating treatment plans to support patients’ communication and quality of life, completing documentation, and supporting aging populations. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active Alabama license, CCC or CFY documentation, and BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license in Alabama
- CCC or CFY documentation
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
