Job Summary
Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate customer complaints per company procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for common problems and frequently asked questions. Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Monthly salary: €1,872 plus €25 transportation/internet allowance, night shift compensation, and bonuses for life events or degree completion. Medical, dental, life insurance, multisport card, and discounts included. Relocation package available with travel reimbursement and accommodation. Fluency in Slovenian and English required with typing speed of 20 wpm.
Required Qualifications
