Job Summary
Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate customer complaints according to company procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for frequently asked questions. This initial 6- or 12-month contract offers a monthly salary of €1,872 with a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and includes a relocation package, transportation allowance, and medical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute
- Start dates available in March or April
- Initial 6- or 12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal
