Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines and accurately record questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate customer complaints according to company procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for common problems and frequently asked questions. This role involves a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The position offers a monthly salary of €1,872 plus a €25 transportation allowance, night shift compensation, and a €250 life event bonus, alongside medical, dental, and life insurance coverage. A relocation package includes travel reimbursement and accommodation, with contract terms starting in March or April for an initial 6- or 12-month period.
