Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate customer complaints according to company procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for frequently asked questions. This initial 6- or 12-month contract offers a monthly salary of €1,872 with a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) and Saturday and Sunday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). The role includes a €25 monthly allowance, life event bonuses, and a relocation package covering travel reimbursement and hotel accommodation for qualified Slovenian-speaking professionals.
