Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate customer complaints according to company procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for common problems and frequently asked questions. This initial 6- or 12-month contract offers a monthly salary of €1840.65 with a rotating shift schedule running Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates require fluency in Slovak and English (minimum B1/B2) and a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
