Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate complaints according to established procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for common problems and frequently asked questions. This role involves a Monday-to-Saturday schedule with rotating shifts, including Sunday coverage, starting in March or April on an initial 6- or 12-month contract. Candidates must be fluent in Slovak and English with a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
