Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate customer complaints according to established procedures while responding to support calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for common problems and frequently asked questions. This initial 6- or 12-month contract is available with start dates in March or April, offering a monthly salary of €1840.65. The role includes a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, with an additional €25 monthly allowance for transportation or internet.
