Job Summary
Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate complaints according to company procedures while responding to calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions for frequently asked questions. Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM; Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Monthly salary of €1840.65 plus a €25 transportation allowance, night shift bonuses, and a €250 life event bonus. Includes medical, dental, life insurance, and a partially funded multisport card. Relocation package covers travel reimbursement up to €250 and hotel accommodation upon arrival. Fluency in Slovak and English required with a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
