Handle and document customer inquiries received through toll-free support lines, accurately recording questions, feedback, and requests in the customer service database. Manage and escalate complaints according to company procedures while responding to calls and emails within agreed service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve issues by asking relevant questions, utilizing internal resources and training materials to provide helpful recommendations and solutions to common problems. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule Monday through Saturday (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) and Sunday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with a 40-hour weekly target. Candidates must possess fluency in Slovak and English, a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute, and be available to start in March or April. The position offers a monthly salary of €1840.65, including a transportation allowance, medical and life insurance, and a relocation package for eligible hires.
