Slots Shift Manager - FULL TIME

Oversee all aspects of Slot Operations; interact with other department heads in planning events; respond to requests from Executive management; liaise with vendors and sales personnel concerning new products, purchases, repairs, and maintenance; represent the department at official functions and meetings; analyze drop/win and percent hold on equipment, locations and moves; respond to guest correspondence and regulatory bodies including gaming commission and IRS; oversee hiring, discipline, vacations, and terminations for all slot areas; manage the department budget; scheduling and conflict resolution with employees; set VLTs and continuously review settings; troubleshoot and solve problems; require superior communication skills and compliance with a Rhode Island gaming license; work in a climate-controlled casino environment with potential exposure to cigarette smoke; on-site role in Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort (Tiverton, RI).
