Job Summary
Responsible for repairing electronic and electro-mechanical components and troubleshooting issues with sports wagering kiosks, such as ticket jams. Must comply with company policies and gaming regulations while maintaining awareness during emergencies. Requires ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and report any regulatory violations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn
- Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical components
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a technical field preferred
- Vocational/technical training in a related field preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be physically able to handle and move slot machines
- Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2 required
