Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair all slot equipment to component level, ensuring all machines remain secure and functioning in accordance with departmental policies. Maintain proper documentation on repair logs, shift logs, PM logs, and MEAL cards while promoting a positive work environment founded on teamwork and open communication. Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing programs to guests. Maintain sign lighting and graphics across the department.
