Job Summary
Perform repairs and routine maintenance of gaming equipment (slot machines and kiosks) in accordance with CCCH, department, and compact policies/procedures. Ensure all slot machines and kiosks are in working order, move/place machines as directed, conduct parts inventories, test and audit slot machine functionality, and inform Slot Shift Supervisor of irregular play that may cause damage. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and ordinances; perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrates an aptitude for electronics, computers and mechanical devices; familiarity with hand and power tools; knowledge of Oasis System hardware and software modules (e.g., Diagnostic Monitor, Floor Logix); ability to learn new mechanical and electronic systems. Must be 18+ and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays; eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
