Job Summary
Slot Technician Carter is responsible for ensuring the normal operation of slot machines, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, maintaining machine integrity, performing preventative maintenance, and providing excellent guest service. Duties include installing, upgrading, moving, and removing slot machines; replacing monitors and boards; conducting meter readings and maintaining documentation; cross-training to work the slot floor; maintaining inventories and data bases; and adhering to regulations and internal controls. Requires flexibility to work various shifts and prefers a one-year CS-related certificate and two years of electronics-maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- One year certificate in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Two years verifiable experience with electronic gaming equipment maintenance is preferred
- Ability to uphold complete confidentiality is required
- Must display constant professionalism when representing PCCH
- Must work well with people and possess excellent customer service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures
- Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy is required
- The ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations is necessary
