Slot Technical Manager

Job Summary
Oversee slot product operations, supervise casino technicians and slot attendances when the Slot Shift manager is unavailable, manage daily operations including cash control and jackpot payouts, ensure compliance with casino procedures and regulations, train technicians, promote teamwork and guest relations, monitor attendance and appearance standards, enforce Eye-Hi-Goodbye program, and drive high-quality guest service while maximizing revenue and controlling labor and operating expenses.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of work experience in a position that required supervision of staff and management or allocation of limited resources
- Educational level usually associated with the attainment of an Associates or Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation
- Experience with and knowledge of applicable gaming regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
- Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and handle diverse situations
- Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment
