Job Summary
Slot Technician II responsible for maintenance and cleaning on slot machines, troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components, assisting with machine moves, installs, and conversions; supports floor operations for guests and helps resolve guest issues; follows all gaming regulations and company procedures. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to learn electronics (AC/DC knowledge a plus), must be 21+, Gaming Control Board registration (transfer or obtained during hiring), strong communication, ability to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays, and comfort in a casino environment with ability to lift heavy equipment. Tools used include multimeters, basic diagnostic tools, hand tools, soldering equipment, computer systems, and tracking systems. Benefits include health, PTO, 401K, and more.
Required Qualifications
