Job Summary
Repair, overhaul, and maintain all electrical and mechanical player terminals to ensure optimal operation. Proactively identify problems and solutions, then follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor. Assist in moving, installing, breaking down, relocating, and resetting gaming devices and stands. Ensure accurate departmental records and reports are maintained while strictly adhering to Internal Controls and policies. Perform other tasks assigned by management. This role requires six months of experience in slot operations or related electrical/IT fields, a high school diploma, and the ability to secure a state or tribal gaming license. Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and tolerate varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months experience working in Slot Operations or as a Slot Technician, or other related electrical or IT experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License
