Job Summary
Repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical player terminals, including overhaul, preventative maintenance, and proper installation of gaming devices. Identify problems and solutions, then follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor. Assist in moving, relocating, and resetting machines and stands. Maintain accurate departmental records and reports while ensuring internal controls and policies are followed. Secure and maintain a state or tribal gaming license. Requires six months of slot operations or related electrical/IT experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months experience working in Slot Operations or as a Slot Technician, or other related electrical or IT experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License
