Job Summary
Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot Slots and HHR Electronic Gaming Machines; set up and maintain Casino Management System data/tools; support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring); install and support PCs, ticket redemption and ATM machines; maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players; ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control); work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance; document network layouts and configurations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of networking and PC troubleshooting
- Experience in a casino/hospitality environment is a plus
- Network certifications preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active environment
