Job Summary
Install, maintain, and oversee the performance of slot machines and associated equipment on a shift basis while supervising a staff of approximately 20 Slot Technicians. Establish and enforce policies and procedures for all technical aspects of slots, ensuring compliance with internal and external controls. Manage the hiring, interviewing, and scheduling of technicians, and generate and evaluate slot performance reports. Troubleshoot advanced technical problems and maintain the integrity of company assets through strict accountability systems for slot parts inventory and shop equipment. Interpret extensive technical instructions and respond to inquiries from guests and regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of experience
- Previous experience in technical supervisory role
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests and regulatory agencies
- The ability to generate and evaluate slot performance reports
- Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- intermediate computer knowledge
- competent in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to learn various computer program applications including the ACSC slot system, GTECH central computer system, and associated computer and electronic related areas
- Flexibility in scheduled work hours
- Walking 60% of the time
- Sitting 10% of the time
- Standing 10% of the time
- Bending and lifting 20% of the time
- Lifting/moving maximum of 80 lbs

- Associate's/Technical Degree
