Slot Tech Assistant Manager - Full Time (Day Shift)

Directs Slot Tech team within the Slots department and oversees the overall achievement of department goals. Responsible for supervising and managing staff, creating effective schedules with labor-cost discipline, assisting in the department budget process, and ensuring customer service standards are met. Oversees electronic gaming device activities for adherence to procedures, participates in maintenance and repair of slot machines and related equipment, and helps plan layouts for slot-related installations. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, maintains confidentiality, supports service standards, and contributes to staffing decisions and performance evaluations. Requires ability to read/write in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office; candidates must be able to obtain required licenses and permits and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
