Job Summary
Slot Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating slot department workers to provide service to players, handling jackpots and payoffs, resetting slot machines, reporting hazards, enforcing safety rules, and ensuring compliant operations. Key duties include supervising slot floor activities, managing labor and attendance, delivering customer service, mentoring staff, approving jackpots as needed, handling player relations, and maintaining asset protection. Requires interaction with players, training needs assessment, compliance with gaming regulations, and ability to operate or adjust slot machines; candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of casino slot department experience, be at least 21, capable of working varying shifts, and able to read and interpret technical and regulatory materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or approved related fields
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the administration and operation of a casino slot department
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, instructions, and correspondence/memos
