Job Summary
Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient guest service while ensuring prompt responses to all guest needs. Supervise Slot Service Specialists by coaching, monitoring, and developing team performance through regular evaluations and developmental guidance. Manage cashiering, slot machine services, and transaction verification, including verifying, processing, and authorizing jackpot payouts. Maintain strict adherence to department policies, internal controls, and confidential information standards. Monitor labor and payroll standards, manage change operations, and assist with general casino floor duties as assigned. Work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment requiring availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year slot experience or prior slot experience
- Excellent communication and guest service skills for both internal and external guests
- Ability to count money and make change
- Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Be able to work in a fast paced 24/7 environment
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, preferred but not required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
